I support the Governor's Property Tax Repeal. The public is being burdened with historical property taxes for an education model ACT 46 remains noncompliant with producing annual progress reports for the past 3 years. The Vermont Agency of Education has failed by not hiring an independent consulting firm to do the timely assessment/evaluation so that voters and taxpayers receive ACT 46 mandated Progress Reports. I will hold these agencies, committees, and independent consultants to their committed deliverables and deadlines.
The long-term Lamoille Senator, Rich Westman, has been part of the Supermajority Establishment, running as both Republican and Democrat, unchallenged for far too long. Again, Westman is monopolizing the 2024 Ballot as both as a Republican and a Democrat which he does election after election even when unchallenged. I challenge Westman's monopolizing tenure this 2024 General Election, Heck Yeah!
The County needs a new voice as Senator, that is not in the pocket of the Supermajority or two-party system, that will shake things up in Montpelier so that Lamoille County's Constituent's objections are heard and acted upon. There is a turning of the tide in Vermont, and a giant wave is about to hit the State House! Vote Heck, yeah!
My tenure in the Telecommunications industry provides the Lamoille County Voters not only with a choice but a Candidate that has had Profit & Loss responsibility and accountability who quickly gets to the bottom line in debates, identifies the main issues, root causes, and possible solutions. Heck is a steadfast candidate that is willing to take the risks necessary to revive a sturdy Vermont with loyalty to country and principle.
